Welcome to the City of Angels which is located under the bright city lights of the coast of California. The City of Angels has the highest rate of teenage tramps and addicted adolescents. This is either because of their terrible home lives or people from out of town being attracted to those city lights and not realising it's a lot harder to become famous than it looks. Here is also the location of the sanctuary for teenagers who are homeless, runaways or addicts.

The sanctuary was set up by two huge celebrities; Nikki Sixx and Souisxie Sixx. The two of them are established musicians in the metal business and as they both had really crappy childhoods and lousy lives, they have tried to make life better for those who are the country's future. Not only have they put the money foward for the building, but they stay with the children and help them with all their past experiences.

The kids here are treated with a lot of respect and always taken care of. They all have problems but with the help of fellow runaways and reformed addicts, Nikki and Souixsie, everything will be sorted out...hopefully.
