THE SUMMER OF 1816
The year is 1816, and the vampires and werewolves of Geneva, Switzerland have decided to make their shaky alliance stronger in these troubling times by having an accord, and inviting vampires and werewolves from all over the world to share their homes as they work through the many problems between their species. They thought that they could have a quiet summer, with most of the human residents of the city fairly quiet. They were wrong.
A group of young bohemian writers have come, and one of them has taken the Villa Diodati, Lord Byron. He often invites his friend, Percy Shelley and his girlfriend, Mary, to visit him, and they have been writing irritating gothic novels about vampires and monsterous creations and portraying the vampires in a less-than-flattering way.
So, the older vampires and werewolves want to get these humans to leave. But the younger ones are not so sure. After all, what else could make this otherwise boring summer more exciting? It's the summer of 1816, and the possibilties are endless...
