It was around midnight, the streets were empty. And Thorn had many things running threw her head. Today she started on a differnt foot, she let go half of her pets. She hadn't tourtured anyone in over a week. What was happening to her. There was a human liveing with her, not as a house maid. Her blue eyes darted around. She wasn't even in the mood for blood. She hadn't feed in two days. She was slowly becomeing depressed. The whole time she would be home, she would sit in her skin room, crying. She saw how much of a monster she really was, she saw what she did to all of those people, she saw everything in a differnt light.

He had been following for the last hour. She was with Dracula, so watching one's enemies meant to be one step ahead.
As he leaped from roof to roof quietly, his senses were sharp for anything that could be a danger to him. After all, if Thorn was here, then Dracula or his brides were not far behind.
What bothered him tonight was the fact that Thorn was not dragging around one of her humans, which she deemed as pets. The thought disgusted him and he held back a shudder as he leaped across a walkway to get to another building. His muscles were singing at the exercise, as his breath froze before him, but that didn't deter him anyway.
Even Thorn's thoughts, which sang in his ears, was odd to him. Self-realization? Was she just now coming to terms with who and what she was?
Some vampires...Takes a while for the light to go on...

Thorns head snaped up. "I can hear you. I am not one who goes with Dracula." She heard everythought this person had. Her blue eyes darted around. "Either show your self or don't bother me." She really wasn't in a good mood at all. Her eyes kept darting around. She could smell another vampire. "What another one that just has to see my skin room?" She has been thinking about burning that place down for a while, she finished it around two months ago, she didn't had a need for it anymore.

Jacen's felt a smile tug at his lips as he heard her. So, he wasn't the only one who could read people's mind. Or it could have been her preternatural sense that allowed her to sense another vampire in the area. With a smirk, he leaped off the building, landing on the snowy ground with a small pounce. Standing up, he looked at the vampire.
Jacen: You may not go with him, but you reek of his scent. You've been there recently...Thorn.
He kept his eyes, now amber, locked on hers. This was going to turn ugly if anything went wrong, and he wasn't about to start his night with killing another supernatural being.

"I reak like him because I snuck into his castle and kinda ran into him and his bride." She just smirked. "Told them about our dear friend Helsing was in town again. How do you know my name." Her eyes narrowed. She was creeped out, no one knew her name. 'Bloody hell.' She thought. She was extreamly creeped out. "I don't know you, but you know me. I don't see how that works. I know you are not from my past. My past is dead."

Running a hand through his hair, Jacen slowly paced around the vampire, his eyes taking in every feature and his mind every caution.
"Helsing?"
The name was infamous, but no true danger for Jacen. As far as he was concerned, The Knights of the Holy Order were unaware of his presence, though no one had to know that. They believed him to be dead, and he was intent on making them remember. Besides, if he was right, Helsing was probably after Dracula, not him. If that was the case, they had something in common, though Helsing had no doubt brought weapons to do his work.
Returning his attention to Thorn, he let his hand rest under his chin as he thought about her question.
"No, we have never met, Ms. Nightengale. Let's just say I have other ways of learning about people. And now, you are not in any bloody hell, as you put it..."
He smiled at her, resuming his place a few feet from her.

Her body tenced up. She didn't like this guy. He was in her mind. She followed him with her eyes. She just wasn't going to think. Wait yes she would. She started to think of all the ways to touture and kill him. Makeing the sight of slamming his hands into spicks, and running red hot metal over his skin. She smiled.

The images bombarded Jacen as he saw the twisted mind of Thorn. The piercing, the stakes, the blood. It was actually art in a twisted form. Letting the smile curl from his lips, he thingyed his head a little to the left.
"Ms Thorn. If you were trying to get me excited, I'm not that kind of guy. Bondage and torture isn't my forte. I prefer dinner and a fire. But such hostility..."
He wasnt sure what had brought on this disdain for him. True he was intimidating, but even she should have realized that he hadn't made a move towards hurting her. Why would he?
"Your mind was screaming something before. About your nature. What was it?"
He knew the answer, he just had to make sure she knew it.

Her jaw about droped. "That is none of your need to know. And what you saw in my head I haven't done in over a week. Personaly I don't have a need for it anymore." But she was going to play with him. She took a few steps forward towords him. "You seem to know everything about me, tell me who did I first kill, then who after that, and then who did I turn?" She was going to test his ability.

Sophie walked down the Village Square with her heels clicking down the street. Her straight dark brown hair hung over her shoulders alittle bit and she was wearing a black skirt and black heels. Yep just like the heels she pretty much wore on a daily basis. Heels were kind of the only type of shoe she owned. Of course she has a crap load of shoes at her house, but a good majority of them are heels. She had probably only about four pairs of skater shoes in her closet which her brother always took. He always liked to take her shoes and wear them. Of course not that heels...
She hung her head looking down at her feet. She sighed stopping with one more step and gazed around the village. Hmm not much people around there tonight. She looked over at a couple houses noticing they all had some light burning in their lantern outside lighting their porch up. All the people in this town had lanterns outside it semed like. She then began walking again and decided to quit walking. She sat on a nearby fence and fixed her skirt hoping that it wasn't riding up her ass. He gazed up at the sky noticing it was getting a tad bit darker as the sun went down quicker. A wolf howled in the distance and she shook her head. "d**n wolves" she said quietly to herself. Ever since that little encounter with Victoria she hated werewolves even more. She didn't even really hate Victoria when she changed into her dark self. She is just pissed because she attacked her for no d**n reason at all! [/blockquote][/color]

Jacen placed his fingers along his cheek as he thought about her questions. He wasn't a psychic, nor was he able to see the past. But he didn't have to. Thorn's memories were practically screaming in his ear.
Jacen: How strange...to kill your maker. Havent seen that in a while.
He smiled as he watched her reactions. Suddenly, he was behind her, his voice whispering in her ear.
Jacen: I suppose he wasn't vampire enough to...slick your lust? After that...Your parents...they were such good screamers weren't they? The way you tore them limb from limb. Mommy dearest was particularly interesting. Few are able to cry and bleed at the same time...
Just like that, he was back to where he was, a few feet from her.
Jacen: After that you turned your sister. Am I right, Thorn? Little Valorie...did she ever forgive you for that?
The answer was rhetorical. But he allowed himself a sneer as he watched her.
It was high time Dracula's acquaintances familiarize themselves with who I am!

She staired at him in awe. No one knew about how it happend. Her jaw even droped. She couldn't beleave what she just heard. She quickly turned back to normal. "He was more then just a person who changed me, he was my one and only love." She said, her emotions from what she did was starting to hit her. "I never ment to kill them." Her voice was trying to give away but she wouldn't let it happen. "Are you trying to break me? Or are you just some ass that likes to bother people?" When she got sad it pissed her off.

Looking at his crossed arms, Jacen once more was forced to think through her words.
Jacen: I was content just watching you. You asked me to come down and face you, Thorn. You have no one to blame for my intrusion into your mind but yourself, just like the only person you can blame for your lover's death is yourself.
The reasoning was still there, he had still chosen to accept her challenge and present himself.
Jacen: You've seen what I can do. Perhaps you can give a message to your "acquaintance" Dracula the next time you see him? The outside of Transylvania and the cliffs is my territory. The next time I see him or one of his concubines there again, I will kill them!
Jacen marches past Thorn, letting the cold hard snow crunch under his boots.

"Why would I talk to someone I hate? I only like makeing him mad." She started to think about leting some of her house help go. "I don't even remember killing him really." She was thinking about her last trip to the outside of Transylvania. "Why haven't you killed me then. I go there quite often." She kept her mind busy, she really wasn't that bad at heart. She thought about the happyness that her pets she let go showed. She kinda smiled to her self.
