Velkan had killed a few vampires that night and as he was walking down the almost empty street as he had seen a few townspeople go running by him. It started to rain and rain hard, Velkan was soak from head to toe. He normally didn't mind the rain but he just didn't want to be soaked. So he neared the tavern and pushed oped the door and he went walking into the place. He looked around and there where many people in there as he then went up to wards the bar and sat down on a wooden stool and he order his beer.

Anna Valerious had been on the hunt that night; she’d roded back from the woods on her horse Velvet and given him to a stable hand to groom down for the night. She would have stayed out for longer only a down poor of rain had caused her to take shelter and make her way home.
Anna removed the long sword from her waist and replaced it with a small cutlass, before leaving the manor to look for her brother. She already knew where she’d find him, he often went to the tavern after a hunt for a drink before returning to the manor.
She made her way down the dark streets towards the tavern, which was alight with music and the sound of general chatter. Anna frowned, the tavern was often a major hunting ground for vampires and she often worried about how many innocents would be killed by a vampire she might not notice.
She pushed the door open and entered the bar, her hair hung in loose wet curls around her face, pushing her hair back impatiently she scanned the bar for her brother. She smiled recognising his shape at the bar and made her way over there her boots tapping loudly on the wooden floor. Anna ordered herself a glass of Whiskey she fancied something strong and technically she’d finished work, “Hi Velkan” she said quietly, lest someone was listening in with her strong Transylvanian accent. |

Velkan had heard that familiar voice as he turned his head to see his sister Anna. "Hi Anna." He then said back to her as he looked at her. He watched as she order herself a drink. "So who is it going?" He then asked her as he waited for her to answer him back. Velkan then picked up his drink and put it to his mouth as he drank it once more. Setting the empty mug back onto the bar top his eyes moved around the room.

Anna passed over a folded note to pay for her drink and took it taking a sip before replying to her brother “Fine” she said “I killed three vampires tonight” she added “They are getting careless, although I saw more” she said tiredly, “ we need to be careful the numbers of them are growing” she said following his gaze around the tavern, she lowered her voice “and we need to keep our eyes on this place too” she said her eyes falling on a rather stout looking man who was laughing away with a few females who where giving him a lot of attention, “it’s a perfect hunting ground” she said tearing her eyes away from the man and looking back at Velkan. |

Velkan stopped what he was doing as he then turned his attention back to wards Anna. He sat there as he listened to what she was telling him. "i didn't have a bad time myself." he told her as he then heard whats she said next to him. He nodded his head to agree with her. "Yes, I know I was just thinking about that as well. Want is more easier then drunks." He said to her as he looked at Anna.

Anna nodded untucking her hair from behind her ears as it had now dried, “exactly” she said, “I take it you ran into some vampires as well?” she asked looking towards the bar maid who was laughing rather loudly with a couple of the regulars, Anna always found it amazing how everyone here seemed to manage to get on with their lives, although she reckoned most of them pretended that these things didn’t happen. |

Velkan had heard the barmaid laugh as well as he looked at her out the corned of his eye. "Yeah. There was a group of them. I killed a few, don't know how many." He then answered Anna back. As it seemed to him that most people around here just pretend that it isn't happening. "Maybe, there wouldn't be so many killings, if people just accept the fact that this is really going on." He then said to Anna.

Anna nodded “maybe, but life’s easier for them if they pretend its not” she said with a sigh “easier for them harder for us, but its how we’ve always lived” She said, Velkan was not just her brother but her best friends, they had both been through so much and probably would go through a lot more before their time came to be finally free.
“we have to do something Velkan” she said almost desperately, “We must set our family free from the curse once and for all” Anna had been thinking about it even more than normal which was an awful lot as their whole purpose in life seemed to be to destroy Dracula and lift the curse from their family. |

"Yes. I know it is for them and I know we been doing that way for years." Velkan said back to Anna. As he still looked at her and was listing to what she was telling him. "We are doing something, we do every day. I know how much you want to set them free. I am the same way. Anna, we will set them free, no mater what." He then told her.

Riley was walking down the stone path in the village after his nightly feeding on a young shop girl. His black hair blew in the wind as he shoved his hands in his pockets. "d**n wind" he said to himself. He shook his head as he opened the door slowly to the tavern. Nice night for a strong drink he thought. He sat next to a young girl on a chair and ordered a glass of whiskey. Alot of alcohol but who cared. He was a vampire, and not able to get drunk really. He chugged down his drink and set it down carefully on the counter. Smiling at the girl he said "Hello love, nice night huh?" Riley knew she was a human but he couldn't care less.

Anna nodded at her brother hoping he was right; she took another gulp of her Whiskey gazing ahead of her as she thought quietly to herself. She looked around surprised that someone was speaking to her most people let her alone when she was having a drink knowing she generally wanted to be alone.
She raised an eyebrow at the man; nobody had ever spoken to her like that and she didn’t like it, to add to her annoyance she didn’t even know him so how dare he have the cheek to address her like that. “I suppose so” she said shortly turning to look straight ahead of her again hoping he’d just leave her alone, so she didn’t have to be rude and leave. |

Riley raised an eyebrow awkwardly. Wow.. he just totally got the cold shoulder from her obviously. He didn't really like meeting intimidating people but I in this case he let it go. "Uhm.. Did I do something wrong..? I will just leave you alone.." he said shaking his head somewhat annoyed and asked for a martini and handed the money to the bartender. He looked at the lad sitting next to her and realized that that was probably her brother she was talking to. Her brother looked abit familiar but no one that he would know very well for sure. He shrugged and took a sip of his new drink taking it from the bartender. He turned around and gazed at the small band that was playing behind them on the dance floor and looked up at the upper floor above and gazed back to the girl.
ooc; yup that's who I was talkin to lol
